SEP certifications

Finished your diploma program and want your official certification backed by Mexico's SEP? Just follow these steps.

  1. Make sure you're 100% done

    Complete your diploma program in full, with no outstanding balance.

  2. Gather your documents as PDFs

    • Birth certificate
    • CURP
    • Government-issued ID (INE/Passport)
    • Holoacademia certificate

    You can download the certificate from your profile.

  3. Send your request

    Email [email protected] with your full name and the diploma program you want certified.

  4. Processing time

    Documents received during the month are sent for certification on the last day of that month. From there, processing takes 30 to 45 business days.
